Industrie Polieco M.P.B. S.p.A. has adopted a procedure for the management of reports of misconduct in compliance with Legislative Decree of 10 March 2023, No. 24, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national legislation (“Legislative Decree 24/2023”).
In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Company provides the persons expressly identified by law – by publishing on this page the adopted procedure – with information on the channel, the procedure and the conditions for submitting internal or external reports (so-called whistleblowing reports).
Without prejudice to the possibility of submitting anonymous reports, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Company in any case guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and all the safeguards provided by law for the benefit of the whistleblower.
It should be noted that only and exclusively the following reports will be taken into consideration: (i) those submitted by persons entitled under the procedure and/or Legislative Decree 24/2023; (ii) those concerning the violations indicated therein; (iii) those submitted through the designated channels.
Only if these conditions are met will the whistleblower benefit from the safeguards set out in the procedure and/or Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Therefore, before submitting a report, we invite you to read the procedure, where you will find specific indications regarding:

  • Who can report;
  • What can be reported;
  • Which channels may be used to submit a report (internal and external channels);
  • How to report (anonymous reporting);
  • Who receives and manages the report;
  • What safeguards are granted to the whistleblower;
  • What consequences may arise in case of violation of the procedure.

Finally, we invite you to read the information notice on data processing, which you will find at the end of the procedure, as provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
