Monitoring the chemical, physical, and mechanical properties of Coesive® and Proesive® products intended to become coupling agents is essential for the performance of the compounds they are added to. Our laboratories, along with the precautions implemented during production, ensure constant and rigorous oversight of these properties.

The amount of maleic anhydride in the coupling agents is particularly critical for these compounds. MPB’s specialization in producing MAH-grafted polyolefins ensures precise MAH dosing through gravimetric feeders.

The available Pilot Plants and a highly skilled, experienced technical team are fundamental for innovation.

These resources have enabled MPB to develop compatibilizers and coupling agents with highly diverse characteristics. For example, the MFR of these products currently ranges from approximately 1.5 to 300 g/10 min [190 °C / 2.16 kg]. This wide range allows MPB to offer grades suitable for a broad spectrum of applications across various industrial sectors.
