Code of Ethics

Industrie Polieco – M.P.B. S.p.A. informs that, with the resolution of the Board of Directors on 21.11.2019, the Company adopted its own Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, together with the Code of Ethics.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, the recipients of the Model are required to comply with its contents. The recipients are both subjects internal to the Company (corporate management, individuals subject to the direction or supervision of others) and external parties (collaborators, consultants and, in general, self-employed workers who operate in sensitive activities on behalf of or in the interest of the Company), as well as suppliers and partners who operate significantly and/or continuously in such areas.
